All orders are shipped via USPS. The shipping rate to the 48 contiguous United States is $5. The shipping rate to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $10. Orders from Canada are charged a flat $20 Fee (USD) for expedited shipping and a Canadian. Canadian customers will be responsible for all taxes and duties upon delivery.  

How long will it take my order to arrive? 

Please allow 5-7 days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. 

Why does my billing address have to match my shipping address?

In order to prevent credit card fraud, we require that your shipping address match your billing address. 

When should I receive my order confirmation email? 

During periods of high traffic, the delivery of confirmation emails may be delayed slightly. If you have not received your order confirmation within an hour, please check your junk mail. 

I want to return and item. Can I get a refund or an exchange? 

We are happy exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please fill out the return form found in your order shipment confirmation within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in new, perfect condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact  Finities must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization. Please note T-Shirts, Hats, Headbands, and Skateboards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you ever re-release sold-out items?

Due to the limited quantities of our products, items tend to sell quickly, so from time to time, we re-release some of our items. Please  check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
